About Me

I grew up here in the Pacific Northwest and have especially loved growing up in Snohomish. I used to watch my mother and Great Grandma can and prepare delicious desserts for others to enjoy. After spending 4 years in the navy, I moved back to Washington to start my family.  As my family grew, I started learning more about the importance of organic, farm fresh locally sourced ingredients and longed to provide healthy alternatives for my 3 young kids. 

 

In early 2017, I found the recipe of LUVAcakes and fell in love with their creative design and wonderful taste. Over the last year, I have enjoyed exploring the flavors that are found in my local community and am fully committed to supporting local farmers by using organic ingredients .

 

When I'm not baking or working one of the many festivals and farmer's markets around Seattle, I really love hanging out with my 3 kids and seeing the world through their sweet adventures.

 

I'm also pretty passionate about the Seahawks, hiking, camping, and exploring all the PACNW has to offer.
